CLEANING PROCEDURES

Loose dry particulate soil is best removed by dry vacuuming. By removing as much dry soil as possible will let the pre-conditioner penetrate the fibers and suspend oily soils. While vacuuming we will inspect your carpet for weak seams, de-lamination, rippling or other problems that may appear from time to time. Then we will recommend a coarse of action to be taken to correct before it becomes worse.

We will pre-condition every inch of carpet we are going to clean. Any unusual stains or spots will receive special attention to eliminate or at least reduce the appearance of the stain. In more severe soiling cases a "Rotary Tool" may be used to help restore the carpet pile. While at the same time your carpet will be rinsed using a special agent to neutralize and extract cleaning agents left behind by previous cleanings or spot cleaners, leaving it fresh and deodorized. We will take great care to remove as much moisture as possible so you carpet will dry in a reasonable amount of time. Depending on carpet the nap will be groomed to straighten matted areas. This will also aid in the drying process by letting air flow through and around the fibers.
